Absolutely courteous staff, sensational breakfast, perfect location just off the beach and town and beautiful surroundings. Good-sized unit with tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges. Clean bathroom and good view. Really 

The staff was incredibly welcoming and outstandingly accommodating, very efficient service. The luxury room was luxury, it included a fridge, an air conditioning and an individual safe. Exceptionally good view, the bed was extremely comfy.  

Ideal place to stay with wonderful location to the main Goa train station and gorgeous food. A superb way to end my trip.
